Large displacement measurements from multivariate SAR data (LARDIS tool)

New techniques for SAR image matching are being developped, based on sub-image tracking with a Maximum Likelyhood criterium taking into account the noise properties of SAR images, including possibly coherence maximization (with the phase information), or based on texture or feature tracking in presence of speckle. The deformation field will be reconstructed by spatial regularization techniques including the detection of discontinuities.
